Church of God in Christ, Inc.
Invigorating, impacting and inspiring are a few of the words used to describe Mother Washington. The oldest daughter of the late Bishop C.L. and Mother Alvary Bryant, she has resolved to continue the rich legacy of faithfulness to God and the mandates entrusted to her hands. A gifted and innovative administrator, Supervisor Washington is committed to empowering the body of Christ via various outreach campaigns and Women’s Empowerment Initiatives. While her primary focus is to be a beacon of light in her home as she is a staunch supporter of her husband Deacon Patrick L. Washington and ministries of her two sons Pastor Patrick J. Washington, M.Th. and Elder Milton Rashaad Washington, she has been called as a bible teacher for such a time as this, to cause the recipients of her God ordained message to reach full potential in Christ Jesus.
Supervisor Washington has been commissioned and charged by God to extend Christ to everyone with a message of hope, faith, healing and submission of the will and divine providence of God in our lives. She has a ministry of helps/administration built on the foundation of faithfulness and excellence wherever she can be of use. Her love for God has culminated into a ministry that challenges men/women to return to biblical principles of holiness and set apart for the master’s use. A testimony of overcoming faith has fortified her to be a source of encouragement and empowerment to all who will with a glad heart receive her message of Christ as the hope of glory for a lost and dying world.
In 2011 Mother Washington was appointed as the Jurisdictional Supervisor – Department of Women for Texas Southeast 3rd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of the late Bishop C.L. Bryant and continues to serve in this capacity under the administration of the current Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop T. T. Terry, Sr. In addition to serving on the jurisdictional level as Jurisdictional Supervisor, Supervisor Washington is a faithful member of the Greater Gospel Kingdom Church of God In Christ, Inc. where she serves as an advisor for the GGK Women of Purpose Ministry and various outreach initiatives/community for which the local assembly participates in.
She has resolve to complete the God ordained assignment on her life by doing the work of an evangelist and making full proof of the ministry to which she has been called. Her desire is to be a godly inspiration to those she is privileged to serve and come in contact with for the advancement of the kingdom agenda.
